Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are free of charge. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. If 29agen discovers that a Player holds multiple Accounts, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds in th e duplicate Accounts may be voided at 29agen's discretion.
All Accounts on 29agen are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 29agen is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
29agen is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is approved. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at our discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review. Deposits made during banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian national public holidays) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. 29agen does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees independently of 29agen. We recommend verifying your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.
Third-Party Deposits Prohibited: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an investigation. Funds deposited from an unverified third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available cash balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
For fully verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during operational hours (09:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. 29agen does not charge a platform-level withdrawal fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the responsibility of the Player. Players requesting more than three (3) withdrawals within a 24-hour period may be subject to a nominal administrative processing fee of Rp 5.000 per additional transaction.
29agen reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. We will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected Player within 24 hours of the initial request.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before the associated balance becomes withdrawable. Where permissible, we will notify the affected Player of the reason for suspension.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance under active investigation will be forfeited. Real-money Funds that are unrelated to any breach may be returned at 29agen's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.
29agen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body agreed to by both parties.
